Franklin District

If a district is measured by its range of experiences, then Franklin is the ultimate  lifestyle destination combining relaxed country living with savvy city style, all just a short drive, south of Auckland.

Traditionally Franklin has supplied the Auckland region with fresh produce and today market gardens still remain a feature of the district's landscapes.

The district is also home to a wide number of events both motor sport and art, horse racing and vintage, to the traditional A & P show, equestrian events, Antiques and Collectable Shows and, on a weekly basis, the Franklin Country Markets at Pukekohe and Pokeno. With so much to offer, it is easy to see why Franklin Country is fast becoming the lifestyle destination of choice.
